Newspaper Printing / Coldset (Folder)

The abrasive behaviour of printed newspaper paper requires the folder belts in the folder to have extremely abrasion-resistant surfaces and a low friction coefficient to the paper.

By using dehesive or impregnated, durable surfaces, smearing of the wet ink is reduced and the service life increased.
