Fish Industry

Forbo Siegling conveyor and modular belts are used on and offshore for conveying and processing raw fish. In skinning, filleting and freezing. The belts are resistant to rot and decay and remain dimensionally stable and flexible despite frequent cleaning. Forbo Siegling conveyor and modular belts are resistant to fish oil and widely available cleaning agents.

Siegling Prolink is available in three standard materials: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyacetal (POM). The PE types in particular are suitable for temperatures down to -70°C and so are ideal for freezing sections.
