HACCP Siegling Prolink types

Siegling is breaking new ground in innovative research and development to support the food industry's HACCP concepts. The new Siegling Prolink HACCP types made of material preventing nutrient bases for microorganisms to grow or multiply are the result.

Easy-clean
With its high quality surface and design the Siegling Prolink series 3 is very easy to clean and disinfect. To do this the hinges open at the ends. Consequently objects from the conveyed goods can be very easily washed out from around the hinges.

Preventative hygiene protection
The HACCP modules do not provide breeding grounds for microorganisms so are ideally protected from microbial contamination without the addition of biocidal additives to the composite raw materials.

Contamination with E. coli bacteria for example is reduced by 99.5% compared to standard material.

In short: The new Siegling Prolink types support your HACCP concept in all particularly hygiene-sensitive areas. Reliably and in keeping with statutory requirements.

The product range
The types in the Siegling Prolink series 3 range shown below are available with all additional components (hinge pins, side guards) as HACCP types. The HACCP types do not mean that the mechanical properties of the material (PE) are altered. All other types of modules in this quality can be produced on request.
